It is expected that Legislation will come into force in 2002 in line with
MDHS 100 Surveying, Sampling and Assessment of Asbestos Containing
Materials in premises for Management Plans. |

The
MDHS has been produced to meet the duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic
properties under the proposed control of asbestos at work regulations 2001. |

City Insulation Contractors Limited have trained surveyors to carry out
inspections to provide a register and advise on actions to be taken to
deal with and monitor asbestos in buildings. |
